The original avi was 300 ms out of sync so I stripped the audio and synced it.
I split the original avi into 2 parts so I could make a 2 DISC KvCD because squeezing a 2hr 22min movie onto 1 DISC is just crazy...not to mention the bitrate would be so low you wouldn't be able to see any of the special effects.
Keep in mind this is a cam....a good quality cam...but still a cam so take it or leave it.

I can only upload @ 100kB/sec so please have patience during the initial seeding.
Some of the versions of vlc don't play bins for some reason....I use version 0.8.6i and it plays them great.
